NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Normal Returns

If, for some reason, you wish to return your Art of Soule espadrilles, you will need to notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order. You may choose between a purchase price refund, product exchange or credit. You will need to return the Art of Soule espadrilles to our offices in Johannesburg via courier/or by hand, at your own cost.

Please retain the espadrilles’ original packaging, and do not wear the product. Please also ensure the items are returned in the exact condition they were received in in order to secure your refund, product exchange or credit.

If the incorrect product is delivered to you in error (i.e. it is not the product you purchased) please do not remove the espadrilles from their original packaging or try the product on at all. Please email info@artofsoule.co.za to notify us of the error so that we can arrange collection of the espadrilles and deliver the correct one to you as
soon as possible.

If your Art of Soule espadrilles were purchased from one of our stockists and you would like to arrange an exchange, please return to the store and they will gladly assist.

Wrong Size
Please email info@artofsoule.co.za and we will gladly arrange the exchange. However, please note that you will be responsible for the collection fee as well as the redelivery fee of your chosen espadrilles.

Returns/Warranty Policy

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All Art of Soule espadrilles come with a six (6) month warranty. This covers manufacturing faults but excludes normal wear and tear or incorrect use of the espadrilles. Incorrect use includes failing to follow the HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ART OF SOULE ESPADRILLES? guide, found under FAQs.

If you deem your espadrilles to be defective, you have six (6) months from purchase date to notify us by email at info@artofsoule.co.za together with a photo of the defective item and proof of purchase.

If our team finds that the espadrilles are defective, you will be advised whether the product can be repaired and/or whether it will need to be replaced. You also have the option of a refund/or credit. Art of Soule will be liable for the delivery charges if the product is found to be defective. The decision between repairing or replacing will be that of Art of Soule depending on availability and other relevant circumstances.
